HJ Lea Oakes Ltd are suppliers of top-quality animal and livestock feeds, as well as wildlife and zoo feeds under our Waterhouse Feeds brand. We are currently looking for a full-time Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in delivering outstanding customer service in our main office in Aston.
Job Description and Profile
This is a varied and rewarding role combining order administration, customer service, supply coordination and marketing support. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, with excellent communication throughout.
Requirements:
· An organised and detail-oriented administrator
· Someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
· Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
· An interest in wildlife, conservation or the zoo sector
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English
· Good numeracy and literacy
· Good computer skills - the role involves working on industry specific software as well as Microsoft Office package
· The successful candidate will be energetic, friendly and calm under pressure
· Ability to work well as part of a team, including cooperation with other departments (Transport, Raw materials, Technical, multiple Production sites)
· Comfortable using social media and creating content
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Processing customer orders and managing lead times
· Coordinating stock to our despatch point and preventing incomplete deliveries
· Placing and tracking purchase orders for externally sourced products
· Supporting customer service and building strong customer relationships
· Managing social media channels and creating engaging content
· Supporting industry shows, conferences and sample coordination
· Assisting with product datasheets, website imagery and marketing materials
· Liaising with Suppliers and other Departments: Transport, Warehouse, Customer services, Technical and with management
· Other general admin tasks as required

Terms:
· Salary £27-30k depending on experience
· Full time position (37.5 hours a week, normally 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with half hour lunch break).
· Full training on the in-house systems will be provided.
