Content Creator for Tyler and Aaron Whitnall (Permanent, Full-Time)
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised Content Creator to join the team supporting Aaron, Cameron and Tyler Whitnall, the faces behind Hertfordshire Zoo and The Big Cat Sanctuary, and the CBBC show One Zoo Three. The role is central to the ongoing digital growth of their platforms and conservation storytelling. You will play a key role in capturing their daily lives, conservation work, and adventures, both onsite and around the world, turning it into impactful content for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You’ll be working alongside Ty & Aaron at the zoo, their brother Cam at The Big Cat Sanctuary, at events, on the road, and occasionally overseas, capturing everything from behind-the-scenes moments with wildlife to travel and media appearances. Your content will support storytelling on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
You must be able to communicate your ideas effectively within a team and produce bespoke high-quality videos and photographs. Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous work that proves their skill set.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment like no other. Flexibility in hours of work is necessary in this post.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities include:
Content Production: Research, plan, film, and edit high-quality, original photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram (including Reels), YouTube (short and long form), and other relevant channels.
Digital Storytelling: Bring the brothers’ unique world, ranging from animal care to global conservation efforts to life through dynamic, entertaining, and emotionally resonant stories.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social trends, challenges, and algorithm shifts. Actively pitch new creative concepts tailored to platform trends and audience behaviour.
Content Strategy: Collaborate on campaign and posting strategies to grow engagement, watch time, and follower count, helping shape the digital presence of the Whitnall brand.
On-Location Coverage: Regularly capture content at Hertfordshire Zoo and The Big Cat Sanctuary, including events, behind-the-scenes work, and educational features with animals and the brothers.
Content Library Management: Maintain organised archives of video/photo content, properly labelled and accessible to the wider media team.
Occasional Travel: Potential to travel with the brothers on international conservation projects or media opportunities.

Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
Confident engaging with public figures and adapting to varied filming environments
